This is a converted stone barn which is situated on the farmyard. The open ended garage is right next to the cottage. The front door is entered via a 9 inch step - opening into a character lounge/dining room. From this room is the kitchen on the left, sole bathroom/W.C. next left. Directly opposite the front door and beside the bathroom door is the wrought iron spiral staircase. Also, there are patio doors which lead to a small private garden, with picnic bench and washing line. The ground floor is all one level.
The main double bedroom with also a single bed is to the right directly at the top of the stairs. Straight ahead is a built in wardrobe. Turning left at the top of the stairs and on the right is a small child's room, which has a sliding glass window onto the landing. Straight ahead is the twin bedded room. The bedrooms have been tastefully built into the roof. Both bedrooms and lounge dining room have stone walls and beams, original ones in the bedrooms.
Lighting is good throughout. There are three velux windows - one in each bedroom and one on the landing above the staircase. The remote control T.V. has teletext. There is also a VCR but no telephone. Walls are mostly pale, and power points are at varying heights.
